The fee covers
- - Hotel accommodation (4 nights, shared room for 3–5 people)
- - Breakfast and dinner (buffet style)
- - Lunch box (only on March 4)
- - Banquet charge (without drinks)
- - Coffee breaks
- - Transportation (one way from Morioka Station)
Note:
For accounting purposes, the participation fee is fixed regardless of the length of your stay.
