The fee covers
- - Hotel accommodation (4 nights, shared room for 3–5 people)

For accounting purposes, the participation fee is fixed regardless of the length of your stay.

Shared Room Note: If you are staying in a shared room, your roommate may have

Outward: Chartered Bus on March 3rd
You can get the charter bus from Morioka Station (west) to Hachimantai at from 13:45 ~ 13:55.
The bus stops 27 ~ 29 in the west side of Morioka Station
Attention: The bus stop is opposite side of downtown of Morioka Link
Return: No Official Transportation
Attention: *Please make sure to check the return bus schedule yourself and be responsible for boarding the correct bus on time.

You can also use public buses between Morioka Station and the hotel.
